Our Approach

At The Anxiety Center, our approach to treating psychotic disorders is rooted in evidence-based, recovery-oriented Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the gold standard in pharmacological treatments. We employ antipsychotic medications such as clozapine and risperidone, which are highly effective in managing symptoms and preventing relapses. For individuals with treatment-resistant cases, we refer out for advanced biological treatments like Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) provide structured and intensive support, allowing for close monitoring and regular adjustments to treatment plans. Additionally, we offer crisis support services, social skills training, cognitive training, and employment support to enhance overall well-being and quality of life. We incorporate at-home work to reinforce therapy goals and foster independence. Regular progress monitoring using Measurement-Based Care (MBC) tools ensures the effectiveness of treatments and timely adjustments. Our dedicated team is committed to helping patients achieve stability, reduce hospitalizations, and foster meaningful recovery, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
