Our Approach
At The Anxiety Center, we recognize that Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related spectrum disorders are some of the most misunderstood and underrecognized categories within mental health, often more impairing than anxiety disorders. We specialize in the treatment of OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), widely regarded as the gold standard, along with complementary modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) when indicated. Additionally, we provide expert medication management of OCD and offer Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (Deep TMS) for those who may not respond to traditional therapies. As institutional members of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), we adhere to the highest standards of care and stay at the forefront of advancements in OCD treatment. Our team has years of experience and a deep commitment to improving patients' quality of life. Dr. Nathan Fite, our owner and founder, entered the treatment space due to his personal battle with OCD, bringing a unique perspective and passion to our work. Through our comprehensive and patient-centered approach, we strive to help patients manage their symptoms, reduce impairments, and lead fulfilling lives. Our dedication to providing cutting-edge, compassionate care ensures that each patient receives tailored treatment designed to foster lasting recovery and well-being.
